Trudi & Co. dog accessories are made for everyday use. Nevertheless, you must be aware that no dog accessory is indestructible. Therefore, we do not recommend using the harnesses, collars and leashes on dogs with behavioral or aggression problems.


Material

We will not replace purchased products in the following cases:
  • Wear and tear caused by ordinary use
  • Damage caused by incorrect use
  • Damage caused by the dog (aggressive behavior, strong pulling, etc.)
  • Damage caused by incorrect storage
  • Damage caused by incorrect care (see care instructions)
  • Wrongly purchased sizes


We will only replace products that are proven to have manufacturing defects.
